Shortly before the Christmas business in 2018, a special project in one of Austria’s largest shopping centers was photographed. The story of the „Ugly Duckling“ should be translated into the present time and published in a photo book titled „Metamorphosis“.

The lead actress plays a girl celebrating her 30th birthday, frustrated with herself for the new decade. She calls her friends help to reduce the frustration in an intensive shopping trip. The children and husbands were cared for and the pleasure could start. After the selection of new lingerie this day was saved and appointments at the hairdresser, in the make-up studio and the photographer could follow. In the end, the girl looks back in the mirror and is at peace with herself and the world again.

The handmade book was presented as a prototype.
